HOW IT WORKS
Grow your business on James North by stocking your handmade goods in our fully-staffed market.
The space you rent is yours to merchandise and make your own! Out of town? No problem, just mail your product to us and we will handle the rest.
WHO CAN BECOME A VENDOR
Makers of all kinds are invited to apply to join the Mooncraft community of sellers. We are also looking for curators of vintage, collectibles, and antiques. Here are some examples of what we are looking for:
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING
- Home & living products
- Wood housewares/charcuterie boards
- Crochet items
- Art prints, stickers, patches, pins
- Greeting cards & stationery
- Clothing and accessories (designed by you, handmade, vintage)
- Hair Accessories
- Macrame (including plant hangers)
- Pet supplies
- Toys & games
- Jewelry* (priority for handmade rings, metal, or birthstone jewelry)
- Bath, body & beauty products (all skincare and beauty products must be labeled in accordance with Health Canada)
- Some varieties of candles (priority for candle sticks/tapers)
- Tarot & Oracle decks designed by you
* some varieties waitlisted and/or closed

CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING (WAITLIST CLOSED) :
- Candles (the only type we are accepting are candle sticks)

Please note -
Culturally significant and traditional items:
If you are a maker of culturally significant and traditional goods, we ask that you are of the culture and tradition.
We will not sell white sage or products belonging to closed practices.
We are NOT looking for wholesale resellers. Outsourced manufacturing is accepted as long as you are involved in the design process of your product.
VENDOR FEES
All spaces are a 3 month commitment and go month to month afterwards
BYOS (BRING YOUR OWN SHELVING)
2' x 1' - $190 + 10% commission
Bring your brand to life with your own shelving and fixtures to showcase your products exactly how you want.
WHOLE SHELF
Approx 2' wide - 3 to 5 shelves - $190 + 12% commission
Bring your products and set them up how you want to see them on our provided shelving. Subject to availability.
SINGLE SHELF / TABLE SPACE
Approx 2' x 1' - $135 + 15% commission
Don't need much space? Not sure where to start? Single shelf space is perfect to start small with less financial commitment.
VINTAGE CLOTHING (BRING YOUR OWN CLOTHES RACK)
Approx 4' - $150 + 10% commission
Clothes rack in the middle room of the store! The store is wquipt with a change room and full length mirror.
